Blood counts

Below is a chart that shows the normal values for most of the blood tests that a Lymphoma patient is likely have have done as a part of their routine follow up, or during active treatment.  The units of measure shown are the most common ones but your lab might use a different scale, therefore it is important to know your labs reference range before comparing your results to those normal ranges shown below. For example the white blood count range of 4-11 is often reported as 4,000-11,000 in labs that count millions per litre instead of billions. Age, and sex can affect the normal range. Women for example would have a slightly lower normal range for haemoglobin and red blood counts. 

The LDH range shown will depend upon which of the LDH isoenzymes they test for, and whether they are using metric systems or not. Suffice it to say, that the range shown is most common, but you must be sure to ask you lab what is normal in their tests.
