Written by Burton Goldberg. It's an interesting book, given to much "conspiracy" talk (e.g. the establishment is out to stop alternative therapies, etc.), however it also contains much useful information, including a profile of many of the "leading" alternative therapy cancer doctors. The book costs (at least as of June, when I purchased it from my alternative doctor's office), about $50.00.
