Patient survey for UK patients with DLBC

 

Have you ever been diagnosed with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), also referred to as High Grade, Quick Growing or Aggressive non Hodgkin Lymphoma?

We are looking for people who have previously been diagnosed with DLBCL who have completed their first course of treatment.

This study involves completing a short survey to help us understand Quality of Life in people who have completed their first treatment for DLBCL.
